CHOP Out Hunger Joins NEPA Gives: Double Your Impact, Feed More Kids

We’re excited to share that CHOP Out Hunger is participating in NEPA Gives 2025, a powerful 24-hour online giving event happening Thursday, June 5 through Friday, June 6!

NEPA Gives brings together nonprofits from across Northeast Pennsylvania for one big day of generosity and this year, your support can go even further to fight childhood hunger in our community.

Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, all donations to CHOP Out Hunger will be matched up to $10,000 - meaning your gift can have twice the impact.

And that’s not all: once we reach our first $1,000 raised, we’ll unlock an additional $1,000 bonus gift from The Moses Taylor Foundation. That means your early donation can help us unlock critical funds to fuel our mission.

Every Dollar = More Meals

Each contribution during NEPA Gives helps us:

• Deliver weekend backpack meals to children who might otherwise go hungry

• Keep in-school pantries stocked with nutritious, kid-friendly options

• Host pop-up pantries in food-insecure communities across 20 counties
